In 2014, I successfully negotiated autographs from Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr on a tattered piano, purchased by East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity for $100 and restored and painted with Beatles themed piano by a local artist. This effort was part of the ReStore Renaissance Challenge that I had founded for the small Habitat affiliate a few years prior. The resulting auction on CharityBuzz.com received a high bid of $98,888, enough to build a Habitat home for a deserving veteran and his or her family.

My public relations efforts in conjunction with this event resulted in extensive regional and international media coverage for the artist and the cause, including numerous front page news stories.
